Frequently Asked Questions

What areas/cities do you cover?
Coverage area is within a five mile radius outside of the 270 outer belt. Travel outside of coverage may be limited due to daily workload and additional
travel charges may apply. 
 
Do you stage the home?
The property will be photographed as is and we do not offer traditional staging options. However, we do provide "Virtual" Staging solutions. You will find
some examples HERE. 
Can someone be present for the photoshoot?
We ask that the home be vacated at the time of the photoshoot. This reduces the risk of distraction for the photographer and make the process much smoother for all parties involved. 
 
Do you have any suggestions on how to prepare the home for the photo shoot?

Absolutely. HERE is a free checklist on how to prepare the home for the shoot. 

 
What if the home is completely empty?

Not a problem. We do offer Virtual Staging Solutions if needed. You will find some examples HERE.

 
What if I need to cancel or reschedule the shoot?

We respectfully ask for 48 hour notice in advance. You will be invoiced for lost time, if cancellation is after the 48 hour deadline. 

 
How do I pay for your services?

We accept credit/debit card only. A payment link will be provided within 24 hours after the photoshoot.

Can you remove imperfections at my client’s property?

For legal and ethical reasons we cannot add or remove permanent features of a property, including exterior features.  Your CBR or brokerage firm are excellent sources to research these guidelines.

GENERAL PHOTOGRAPHY QUESTIONS

 
How long is an average shoot?

It can vary depending on the size and amenities. Usually, between 1/2 hr. to 1 hour.

 
Can you capture drone photos?

Absolutely. We use high-quality drones to capture important exterior features.

What is your turnaround time?

Image are delivered next day. 

 
How are the pictures delivered?

Hi-Resolution, MLS and Social Media images will be available for download after photoshoot is complete and after payment is complete.
